Insulation Tester IL3801
The IL 3801 insulation tester captures isolation resistors in the range of Giga-Ohm. The check of high tension and continuity is also integrated. In addition to that, the insulation tester provides with, for instance, a 5.7" colour display, the Linux operating system, a LAN-port, several USB-ports and an integrated switch-matrix, some comforts. It is possible to connect several insulation testers with each other via the LAN-port. Furthermore the test reports - for example via a WLAN-bridge - can be read above here. The with less than 4 mA equipped testing unit is current-limited and can directly be used in production-services. Datas of test reports can be saved via an USB-stick. The IL 3801 insulation tester is with its eight interposable digital I/O's and two analogue inputs flexibly useable. These are used, for instance, for test object shifts or for the reading of the sensor via the analogue input. A barcode-scanner can be plugged into the USB-port. Serial-numbers can thus be automatically integrated into the test reports. "Traceability of the data"
